By purchasing or using Flash USDT software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, purchasers, and visitors of our platform.

2. Nature of Service

Flash USDT provides software for educational, testing, and simulation purposes only. The software is designed for developers, QA teams, researchers, and blockchain professionals who require USDT transaction simulation without real fund exposure. Any misuse of the software is strictly prohibited.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our software. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use of the software complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. License

Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key with third parties. Enterprise licenses allow up to 10 devices as specified in the plan.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the software for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes. This includes but is not limited to: deceiving third parties about the validity of funds, using flash transactions in real commercial exchanges without disclosure, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.

6. Payment & Delivery

All payments are processed via OxaPay in USDT cryptocurrency. Prices are listed in USD and converted at the time of payment. Delivery of your license is automated upon payment confirmation. Starter and Basic packs deliver within 24-48 hours; Pro and Elite packs are instant.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final once the download link and license key have been delivered. If you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 72 hours of your report, you may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flash USDT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your license.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active license holders of material changes via their registered contact method.
