Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our software. If you experience genuine technical issues that prevent you from using the product as described, we are committed to making it right — either through technical support or a refund.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital and instant nature of our product, all sales are considered final once the license key and download link have been delivered to your registered contact (email or Telegram). We strongly encourage you to review all product details before purchasing.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
You may be eligible for a full refund if: (1) your license key does not work and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours of your report, (2) you were charged but never received your download link or license key after 48 hours and after contacting support, or (3) the software is materially different from what was described on the product page.
Non-Eligible Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind after delivery, inability to use the software due to incompatible hardware or operating system (system requirements are listed on the product page), violation of our Terms of Service, or requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at zflashweb@gmail.com or via Telegram with your order ID and a description of the issue. We will review your request within 24 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original USDT wallet within 3-5 business days.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Since payments are made in cryptocurrency, chargebacks are not applicable. Any disputes will be handled directly between you and our support team in good faith.
